Bowls @ Club Toowoomba
Club Toowoomba is proud to host a range of exciting bowls carnivals throughout the year, welcoming players from across the region and beyond. From competitive formats to relaxed social events, our carnivals offer great prize money, well-run events, and a fantastic atmosphere on and off the green.
Played across our undercover and grass greens, our events run rain, hail or shine, giving you confidence your day will go ahead as planned. Whether you’re a seasoned bowler or just enjoy a good day on the green, our carnivals are a great way to get involved.
At the end of June 2025 Club Toowoomba launched the first ever Under Cover Synthetic Green in Toowoomba & Darling Downs. This modern facility allows Bowls to be played in all weather conditions day or night. We are also looking to attract State & International Bowls Events to Toowoomba for the first time.

Undercover Green
Our undercover green provides a modern, all-weather playing surface, allowing social and competitive bowlers alike to enjoy the game year-round—rain, hail or shine. Designed for consistency and comfort, it’s the perfect space for everything from casual barefoot bowls to organised competitions and functions.

How to Register
- Entry is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
- Transfer your nomination fee using:

- Email your completed team entry to the club following payment: gamesdirector@wtbc.au
On the day:
- Morning tea 9am
- Game 1 9:30am to 11:30am
- Lunch 11:30am
- Game 2 12:20pm to 2:20pm
- Game 3 2:40pm to 4:40pm
- Presentations/Raffles
Conditions of Play
- No trial ends.
- Dead ends will be re-spotted on the T.
- Teams are eligible to win one prize only.
- Placings are determined by total points, then wins, ends won and margin if required.
- Scoring: 8 points for a win, 4 points for a draw and 1 point for each end won.
- The Controlling Body reserves the right to amend the Conditions of Play if necessary.
South Toowoomba Bowls Club
The South Toowoomba Bowls Club is a proud part of Club Toowoomba, bringing together a strong community of bowlers in a relaxed and welcoming environment. With a rich local history and a focus on social connection, the club caters to players of all skill levels—from experienced bowlers to those just starting out.
Regular social bowls are held Thursday and Friday from 12:00pm to 4:30pm, offering the perfect opportunity to enjoy a friendly game, meet new people and be part of the club community.
Whether you’re looking for social competition or simply a great afternoon on the green, South Toowoomba Bowls Club offers a genuine and enjoyable bowls experience.
West Toowoomba Bowls Club
The West Toowoomba Bowls Club is an integral part of Club Toowoomba, offering a welcoming and inclusive environment for bowlers of all ages and abilities. With a strong focus on community, camaraderie and enjoyment of the game, the club provides a great balance of social and casual play.
Regular social bowls are held Tuesday from 12:00pm to 4:30pm and Wednesday from 10:00am to 12:30pm, giving members and visitors plenty of opportunities to get involved, enjoy a game and connect with fellow bowlers.
Whether you’re a regular player or new to the sport, West Toowoomba Bowls Club is the perfect place to enjoy bowls in a friendly and relaxed setting.
